The following can serve manually allocated addresses on secondary subnet numbers:

- ISC

- QDHCP
The following cannot support secondary subnet numbers:
- Microsoft Windows NT 3.51 and 4.0 (through RC1)
- WIDE
- Sonic DHCP Server
